Closure

Mental Health isn't a joke, you and I both have a Mental Health. It isn't as exclusive as it may feel, but damn it is so important.
I'm not even that old but I've known people in my lifetime that are no longer here due to problems with their own Mental Health, and it's literally heartbreaking.
We as humans need connection.

I have no words to be honest.

But thank you for the life I am living.
I hope for love and support anyone out there suffering
And anyone who isn't with us anymore to know you are not looked down on, you are looked up on to make us really think how we can solve this.
Life is hard, it really is.
